The MACARIA is a high efficiency open baffle speaker with a twist. Rather than the typical two or three-way design with a crossover delegating frequency ranges to various drivers, the MACARIA employs a full-range driver, supplemented by an additional woofer to reinforce the bass. The result is seamless cohesion from bass to treble with low end heft and dynamic punch when called for.

The MACARIA is great with amps of any size from 4 watts on up. We especially love it with single ended triodes, where it excels in touch, texture, timbral clarity, and presence. We’ve also gotten great thrills from it with high power hybrid and solid state amps when the goal was ultimate dynamic slam and bass impact!

Available in granite, quartz, solid ash and Baltic birch. Gloss and natural finishes are available, as well as custom paint.
